Pings.vip SMS and calling terms

Effective October 20, 2026. The Pings.vip notification program is operated by Galloram Studios LLC.

Program and consent

The program sends user-requested verification codes, test notifications, operational incident alerts, and resolution notices. Outbound calls can notify you of an incident and let you press 1 to claim it. There are no marketing messages.

You must control the phone number you enroll and choose to receive the applicable notifications. SMS consent is a separate, voluntary choice and is not a condition of purchasing a service. Merely visiting this website, creating an account, accepting general terms, or requesting information does not give SMS consent. Public enrollment is not yet open.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your requests, notification settings, and monitoring events. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's charges are separate from any Pings.vip subscription.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to stop SMS. Reply HELP for help. After STOP, you may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. For assistance, contact matt@nanobeep.com. Contact us if your number changes or is reassigned. Manage phone-call preferences separately; stopping SMS does not itself disable voice calls.

Delivery

Delivery depends on carriers, networks, devices, and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Pings.vip provides operational monitoring notifications; it is not an emergency-services number or a substitute for contacting emergency services.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains the information used to operate this program. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
