Operational alerts for the people responsible for your systems.
Pings.vip receives monitoring events and routes incident notifications to team members through email, chat, SMS, and outbound phone calls. Recipients choose their contact methods and alert subscriptions. During an SOS call, pressing 1 claims the incident.
Pre-launch: public enrollment and SMS delivery are not yet available. We are preparing provider registration and the service deployment.
SMS and phone notifications
The Pings.vip messaging program covers user-requested verification codes, test messages, operational incident alerts, and resolution notices. It does not send advertising or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your verification requests, settings, and monitoring events. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS participation is optional. A phone number must belong to the recipient, and consent must be obtained before messaging starts. Creating an account or contacting us does not subscribe you to SMS.
Reply STOP to stop SMS. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact matt@nanobeep.com. SMS opt-out applies to text messages; manage voice-call preferences separately.
