Effective October 20, 2026. This policy covers Pings.vip's notification program and inquiries about it, operated by Galloram Studios LLC.

Information we use

When you contact us, we receive the contact information and message you provide. When you enroll in Pings.vip, the service processes account and team information, notification destinations such as email addresses and phone numbers, notification preferences, consent and verification records, monitoring events, incident actions, and delivery records. The website and service infrastructure may record IP addresses and request details for operation and security.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate the service, verify contact methods, deliver the notifications you request, process opt-outs, investigate delivery problems, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. Monitoring events should contain operational information needed for an alert, not passwords or other secrets.

Providers and sharing

Hosting, communications, and support providers process information needed to provide their services for us. Twilio processes phone numbers, message content, and delivery information for SMS and calling. Other notification providers will be identified here before they are used. Your team's authorized users may access operational alerts and incident activity according to their roles.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, transferred, or shared for third parties' independent use. Communications providers may process this information solely to deliver and operate the messaging program on our behalf.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to the service.

Retention and choices

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve support matters, and meet legal obligations. Exact operational retention periods are being finalized before public launch; we do not promise immediate deletion from provider records or backups.

Reply STOP to stop SMS. Reply HELP for help. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing matt@nanobeep.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some consent, suppression, security, or legally required records may need to be retained.
